Inside Sales Agent

What You'll Do: Make outbound calls daily to prospects and referral partners. Book qualified appointments for loan officers. Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up. Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized. Experience We're Looking For:1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling. Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated with proven ability to hit call/appointment targets. Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus.
