You will lead end-to-end projects across safety, compliance, onboarding, and leadership development, partnering with drivers, dispatchers, and leaders to uncover real needs and deliver measurable learning solutions. You will design across modalities—eLearning, video, instructor-led sessions, job aids—and apply
