Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of General Ledger solutions, the full-time Services Manager, General Ledger will manage a team of consultants, oversee project staffing, and enhance customer relationships while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve implementation targets by managing team performance and ensuring timely project delivery
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to increase the value of the Dayforce application for customers
Support team engagement and development through coaching, mentoring, and resource managementRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with human capital management applications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proven experience in leading software implementation projects
Ability to effectively manage resources and competing priorities in a SaaS/cloud environment
