Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Director of HR for the West Region and Retail Division. You will lead HR strategy, operations, and service delivery across California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and other markets, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Legal and Compliance.
You will oversee onboarding, leaves, employee data integrity, and HRIS usage while guiding a distributed HR team and ensuring compliant, scalable people practices. Occasional travel is expected.
