About the role

Supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of renewable energy transactions, the full-time Senior Associate Energy Transactions will leverage financial modeling and transaction analysis to assess financing alternatives and drive transactions from evaluation through close, working collaboratively with investment professionals in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities: Evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy infrastructure through financial modeling and analysis of project economics Underwrite tax equity and other project finance transactions to optimize investor returns Collaborate with various stakeholders to support transaction execution, including due diligence and negotiations

Required qualifications: 4-year degree 3 years of professional experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, project finance, or consulting Experience building financial models to support investment decisions
