You will handle electrical, plumbing, door and lock repairs, and execute preventive maintenance to uphold system reliability and resident comfort.
The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, EPA refrigerant certification, strong communication with residents and staff, and the ability to lift 50 lbs
