Position Requirements:
Mon Health Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Mon Health, has a longstanding commitment to delivering personalized, compassionate care with dignity and respect. Established in 1943, this 155-bed hospital serves North Central West Virginia, southwestern Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities. With more than 250 credentialed physicians representing a wide range of specialties, Mon Health offers comprehensive services, including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, orthopedics, oncology, and women’s health. The hospital also features a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center offering same-day procedures, including total joint replacements, and partners with a 34-bed long-term acute care hospital to support patients with complex medical needs. As part of a regional health system founded in 1982, Mon Health is dedicated to advancing high-quality care and improving the health of the communities it serves.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements:
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Ability to obtain a West Virginia CRNA state license
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
