Therapy Assistant - Residential Treatment & Activities Job at Rimrock in Billings

Rimrock seeks a Therapy Assistant to support therapy and treatment services in the Residential program. You will provide direct client support to promote participation in treatment goals and daily activities, working with the Rehabilitation Aide and clinical team to ensure safety and program operations. Responsibilities include observing clients, de-escalation, organizing recreational activities, monitoring safety and documentation, and supporting communication with medical staff.
