Sales Optimization Lead – Manufactured Home Communities

Windward Communities is seeking a Sales Optimization Manager to lead occupancy and sales initiatives across multiple manufactured home communities. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to travel extensively to implement best practices and drive performance. The successful candidate will partner with community teams to onboard new sales staff, optimize processes, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to move-in, including on-site visits and remote coordination.
