About the role

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) organization to recruit a PRN Oral Surgeon in Milwaukee, WI. The position involves performing restorative and exodontia dental procedures for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. Clinicians will work in a collaborative ASC environment alongside a multidisciplinary surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care. This flexible opportunity offers a fast-paced setting with no call, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities: Provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a safe and positive patient experience Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day Coordinate care with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members Shift & Schedule PRN No call, weekends, or holidays

Requirements: Licensed Oral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure Experience working with pediatric patients Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire National Board certification strongly preferred Ability to practice across various anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and professionalism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting
