Test Technician

Responsibilities: Prepare lab setups and equipment for sensor product testing in agency certification test labs, ensuring all necessary tools, instruments, and resources are available. Collaborate with engineers and test supervisors to understand test requirements, procedures, and protocols, ensuring adherence to testing standards and test procedures on sensor products according to established protocols, documenting test results, observations, and any deviations from expected outcomes. Conduct functional tests, performance tests, and reliability tests on sensor products, following test plans and test cases provided by engineering teams. Troubleshoot issues or anomalies observed during testing, conducting root cause analysis and proposing solutions in collaboration with engineering teams. Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test logs, ensuring traceability and compliance with testing standards. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of sensor products and test setups, following assembly instructions and safety guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment and instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test measurements.
