Variable Fleet Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles. Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet. Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units. Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors. Ensure the refueling of returned units. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health. Maintain records of all completed activities. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles is required. This includes an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service. Additionally, 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point, is necessary.

Other Requirements: Authorization to work in the US is required. A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are necessary. The role requires the ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day and drive between locations. Availability on some weekends and holidays may be necessary.
