Telecommunications Systems Lead: Teams Phone & Cloud Voice

UC Irvine is seeking a Telecommunications Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the campus enterprise communications services. This role includes managing the Mitel PBX, Teams Phone, and AWS Connect while delivering reliable voice and data services to faculty, staff and students. The successful candidate will coordinate projects, document processes, and contribute to modernization efforts with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
