Job Description The Shift lead position will exercise your leadership skills while you closely collaborate with the Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader. Becoming the Shift Leader will introduce you to new responsibilities such as running the shifts and keeping operations on track and organized. This is a great stepping stone for someone looking to grow a step further on the ladder of leadership within Pita Way.
