Job Description:
The Mattress Sales position is a key role within our in-store retail environment, focusing on providing customers with expert guidance and tailored mattress solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role offers a stable, travel-free work setting and an opportunity to advance to a Lead Sales Associate position. Ideal candidates will be personable, knowledgeable, and driven to help customers find the perfect mattress for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their mattress needs and preferences Demonstrate product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchase decisions Maintain product knowledge to stay current on mattress options and promotions Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets Provide exceptional customer service to build repeat business and loyalty
