Providing online instruction in music theory and practice, the part-time Online Music Adjunct Faculty will utilize diverse teaching methods to support student learning and evaluate progress in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Incorporate various teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse student backgrounds and learning styles
Evaluate student progress toward course competencies and provide timely feedback
Engage students effectively through inclusive teaching methodologies and instructional technologies
Required qualifications:
Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Music from an accredited institution
Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to inclusivity in teaching
Experience with instructional technologies, including presentation software and learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard)
Proficiency with technology relevant to online instruction
Evidence of effective teaching methodologies that engage a diverse student population
