Overview As Manager, Customer Strategy you will translate market data into segment strategies that drive profitable growth. You’ll lead an industry desk, collaborate across functions, and shape go-to-market initiatives for key segments. You work to understand customer needs and the purchase process to improve offers and outcomes.
