Coil Forming Operator

Location: Lake Geneva, WIShifts: 2nd Shift

We are hiring Coil Forming Operators to run precision equipment that produces high-quality parts for customers worldwide. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are looking to start a hands-on career, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.2nd shift hours: Monday Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

What You'll Do: Operate coil, wire form, and four-slide machines Perform quality checks and complete documentation Work with team members to keep production running smoothly Safely handle, inspect, and package finished parts

What We're Looking For: Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow work instructions and use measuring tools (training provided)Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Why Work at R&L Spring?
