Your Impact as Production Supervisor Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation: You'll lead your production team on the floor, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. You'll oversee daily operations, train and develop employees, address performance and production challenges, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment where people can succeed. Minimum requirements for the Production Supervisor: • At least 3 years in high-volume manufacturing; automotive experience preferred • Familiarity with Toyota Production System and IATF-16949 standards • Strong leadership and communication skills • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel); experience with QAD or BAE is a plus.
