RN Registered Nurse Burn / Med Surg FT 36 Hrs Nights Flex 7p-7:30aNursing3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States36.00 weekly hours Full-TimeNight FlexThis position is full-time 36 hours per week working Nights Flex 7p-7:30a with every-other weekend and holidays as required at Temple University Hospital. Responsible and accountable for care of outpatients during scheduled physician visit or during a telephone encounter. The RN assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician or advance practice clinician (APC). The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area Education Other Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required Bachelor's Degree Required Experience 2 years experience in area of clinical specialty Preferred General Experience in Case Management Preferred Licenses PA Registered Nurse License Required Basic Life Support Required Multi State Compact RN License Required Or Pennsylvania RN license required
