Account Manager

Position Summary: We are looking for a scrappy, hungry benefits professional to help manage broker and employer accounts across our product suite. The Account Management Associate will play a critical role in supporting our external stakeholders through claims and issue management, support, troubleshooting, and navigation. What you would do Assist with employer and broker onboarding end to end Support the contracting process Handle the operational follow-through after go-live: eligibility discrepancies, unpaid invoices, broker commissions, service issues that need quick answers Keep the CRM accurate, so anyone can look at the pipeline and know what is actually true Build the relationship with each employer's HR and benefits contact, and check in before they have to escalate Learn the broker, member, and clinic sides of the business well enough to answer questions without a handoff Flag the work you are doing for the fifth time, and help us automate it

What we're looking for: Required 1–3 years at a benefits consulting firm, brokerage, or health plan Working knowledge of eligibility files, plan documents, and renewal timelines Based in the DC metro area, in person Preferred Current health and life license for the jurisdictions of Maryland, DC, and Virginia. You have carried accounts or supported someone who did Comfort with spreadsheets, a CRM, and a tool set that will keep changing The instinct to follow up a third time when the answer matters Someone who likes team-based work and is excited by the ambiguity of building something early
