Cooper AI in San Francisco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A, personally sourcing, assessing, and closing exceptional candidates. You'll report to the Head of Operations and partner with the executive team to shape hiring for leadership roles and build scalable processes, playbooks, and a recruiting function for rapid growth.
