About the role

Event Associate – Brand Promotions Tampa, FL Full-Time | In-Person Love a lively atmosphere and talking to new people every day? Water-City Blaze is hiring Event Associates to represent a leading provider of internet, mobile and connectivity services at promotional events and retail locations across the Tampa Bay area. You’ll be the friendly face of the brand, welcoming customers, starting conversations and helping people discover services such as high-speed internet, mobile connectivity, advanced WiFi and TV packages. Every day is different, with new locations, new people and a team that brings plenty of energy. No events or sales experience is needed. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided. What the Role Involves This position focuses on in-person brand promotion, customer engagement and sales at events and retail locations. You’ll gain experience in: Event and brand promotion Face-to-face customer engagement Presenting internet, mobile and connectivity services Creating positive brand experiences Understanding customer needs and recommending the right packages Working toward individual and team sales goals
What You’ll Be Doing: Daily Representing the brand at promotional events and retail locations Helping set up and run event stands and displays Welcoming customers and starting friendly, professional conversations Explaining internet, WiFi, mobile and TV services clearly Helping customers choose and sign up for the right services Working alongside your team to create a great event experience and reach campaign goals Skills Required Event Promotion Brand Ambassador Skills Customer Service Sales Face-to-Face Communication Customer Engagement Teamwork Adaptability Who This Suits People with experience in events, promotions, hospitality, bars or restaurants Brand ambassadors, promo staff and event staff looking for full-time work Outgoing, energetic people who enjoy meeting new faces Anyone who prefers being on the move to sitting behind a desk Team players motivated by goals and progression
