Conflicts Attorney — Ethics & Lateral Hiring

Carlton Fields is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join the Office of General Counsel. This role can be based in multiple Florida offices including Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, Tampa or West Palm Beach, reporting to the Ethics Counsel. You will analyze conflict search reports, support the lateral hiring process, and help resolve conflicts of interest with the New Business Intake and Legal Talent Management teams. A JD with US license and three years of law firm experience are required.
