HSN Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

QVC Group is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands. The Customer Service Specialist supports HSN and helps answer inbound customer calls. Location : Remote; candidates must reside in Virginia or an HSN approved state to be considered. Compensation : $15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives as applicable.ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries on a busy day. Offer additional products on each customer interaction. Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller. Manage tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.QualificationsProvide a distraction‐free work-from-home environment. 12 months or more of customer service experience. Learn and work in a virtual environment. Communicate with a variety of styles. Navigate multiple systems and screens. Follow HSN computer system requirements. Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed). Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
