Activity Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Activity Assistant who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about creating meaningful and engaging experiences that enhance residents’ quality of life Currently hiring for Part Time; (Every other weekend 1PM-9PM / Weekday 5PM-9PM )Responsibilities:Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, and group activities Encourage resident participation and social interaction Transport residents safely to and from activities Help with holiday events, themed programs, and decorations Observe resident engagement and report concerns to nursing staff Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming environment Compensation Starts at $16.00 up to $17.00 / hour Benefits:Comprehensive medical, RX, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in activities, healthcare, recreation, or customer service preferred Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed About Us:At Imperial Healthcare, we take pride in treating each resident and their family members with compassion, dignity, and respect.
