The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Downtown features museums, an art center, and live entertainment venues within a walkable setting, complemented by local dining, shopping, wineries, breweries, and farmers markets supported by surrounding farming communities. Additional activities in the broader region include axe throwing, escape rooms, historical tours, and recreational options along Lake Huron.
About the Clinician's Workday:
The radiation oncologist will provide outpatient clinic-based radiation oncology services on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, across two clinic locations. One location operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while the second location operates Tuesday and Thursday. Call coverage is required as a component of this assignment. Clinical responsibilities include delivering radiation therapy treatments, managing on-treatment patients, and conducting follow-up visits. Board certification in Radiation Oncology and prescriptive authority are required. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: Variable
