Executive Director, Utilities & Infrastructure

City of Waxahachie is seeking an executive to plan, direct and oversee the Utilities Department, including water and sewer operations and plant management. You will supervise staff, develop budgets, and drive the capital improvement program in coordination with City Management. The role requires extensive experience in utilities management, asset planning, and regulatory compliance, with in-person duties and evening/weekend availability as needed.
