Precision Finishing Operator

Job Description: Currently seeking a Precision Finishing Operator for a full-time Temporary to permanent position in Hudson, MA.Responsibilities of Precision Finishing Operator -Set-up and Operate lapping machines -prepare and mix lapping slurries -Load/unload fixtures and materials -Monitor machine and make adjustments as needed -Follow all work instructions, schematics, and other documentation -Inspect and measure materials throughout process -Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on machines -Completed other related tasks as assigned Requirements of Precision Finishing Operator -Minimum High School Diploma or GED -Previous lapping, polishing, or machining experience preferred -semiconductor manufacturing experience a plus -experience using precision measuring tools -Mechanically inclined -Basic math skills -Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand throughout shift -great attention to detail
