Facility: 300-Bed, Level II Trauma Hospital

Schedule: Dates Coverage includes: 12/21-12/23, 1/11-1/24, 4/16-4/18, 5/21-5/23 and 6/4-6/6. Shifts time is 3 p.m. - 7 a.m. Procedures/Patient Intel:

• Level 3 NICU includes Intubation, Central Line Placement, Peripheral Arterial Lines, and attend High Risk deliveries (ground and air transports)
• Support Staff:
• ProvidedEMR:EPIC - Training Required
