We're hiring hardworking, reliable individuals to support seasonal harvest operations at a well-established processing facility in Morristown, IN.For over 25 years, this Morristown-based facility has been part of a leading global agribusiness, turning locally sourced soybeans into edible oils and other essential products for the food industry. General Laborer Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.60 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Load, unload, and transfer grain and grain products from rail cars and trucks Operate grain handling equipment including grain dryers Receive, weigh, and document grain deliveries Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping bins and surrounding areas Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
General Laborer Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to lift 5075 lbs frequently Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety procedures Must be comfortable working in dirty, dusty, and outdoor environments Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
