Home Rehab & Construction Project Coordinator

Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee home rehabilitation and new construction projects funded by grants and loan programs. This role partners with city and county program coordinators to manage rehab activities, monitor budgets, and coordinate with vendors and departments. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus construction documentation familiarity.
