Description:
- $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS for experienced Brake Operators
- Anchor Fabrication is a precision metal fabrication company located in Denton, Texas, and is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for the 2nd shift $1.00 shift differential, hours 3:30pm-12:00am Monday-Friday plus overtime as needed.
- Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and work with limited supervision, setting up and operating a Press Brake to bend, form, and straighten metal stock according to blueprint or specifications.
- Duties and Functions:
- Set up and operate all machine types in the Brake Department.
- Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
- Apply knowledge of metal properties to bending operations.
- Perform clerical and labor reporting duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry preferred.
- Blueprint reading
- Good math skillsG/D & T Knowledge and must pass test.
- Amanda and Trumpf Brake experience a plus.
- Epicor experience a plus.
Education: High School or Equivalent
Technical School Experience a plus
