About the role
To support the legal team, the full-time remote Wisconsin Licensed Sr. Staff Attorney will draft legal documents, manage corporate legal records, and conduct legal research while providing counsel on regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents, memorandums, and correspondence
Provide legal counsel to staff regarding business objectives and applicable policies
Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, and legal codes to inform organizational initiatives
Required qualifications:
Completion of a law degree from an accredited program
License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role
Commitment to compliance program objectives
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
