Provider Type: Physician Provider Credentials: MD / DOBoard Status: Board Certified Shift Details: Estimated Start Date: September 21, 2026 Requested Dates of Coverage: September 21? 25, 2026 October 19? 23, 2026 November 9? 13, 2026 December 7 - 11, 2026 December 28? 31, 2026 (No New Year's Day)Ongoing in 2027 Schedule Details: Please submit candidates who can cover most weeks to make it worth the credentialing time. Number of Shifts Needed per Month: To be determined based on candidate availability. Procedures: General anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics (down to 6 months of age), occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.

Certifications: Needed: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified Patient Population/Case Load: Diverse patient population including healthy pediatrics. Case Mix: Varied, including general anesthesia and OB.
