MedTech Talent Acquisition Leader

Novo Med PARTNERS is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead talent acquisition across the Novo Med ecosystem. This is a builder role, partnering with CEOs, founders, and portfolio leaders to identify, engage, assess, recruit, and close top talent—often before roles are open. You will create a proprietary network of Med Tech leaders, design scalable processes, and act as a trusted talent advisor to leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
