Chief Market & Growth Officer

About the Role: The Company is in search of a Chief Market & Growth Officer to spearhead its revenue growth and market expansion initiatives. This executive will be responsible for leading a cohesive business development, marketing, and communications function, with a primary focus on setting and delivering against growth targets. The role involves owning the revenue and business development strategy, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and leading a team to support these efforts. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing the brand, storytelling, and demand-generation strategy, all of which are integral to the company's mission of promoting high-quality early learning for young children. Candidates for the Chief Market & Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, and sales/business development, with at least 5 years' in a senior executive role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition, as well as expertise in multi-channel lead generation and acquisition. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to build and integrate high-performing teams and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in the early childhood education field, non-profit, or membership association is preferred, and the role requires a leader who can align growth strategy with the company's mission and drive measurable results through effective team management.
