Senior ServiceNow Engagement ManagerContractRemoteOverview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement/Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver ServiceNow projects across the business. Working across different industries but with particular focus on Telco, Finance &/or Banking. What will you be doing: Lead multiple ServiceNow projects with clients, including end-to-end implementations, updates, custom solutions etcFacilitate effective communication among stakeholders internally, and externally with clientsMonitor the project schedule, backlog, risks/issues, budgets/finance and progressImplement Agile project management methodologies and Waterfall methodologiesLead projects across multiple modules but within a particular focus within the Telco, Finance or Banking industriesExperience:3+ years of ServiceNow experience, leading and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow Projects within timeframes & budgetsStrong understanding of the ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow featuresExperience managing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environmentExperience with leading projects in Telco, Finance or Banking For more information about this position, get in contact today!
