Job Tittle: Health Educator ILocation: Remote (KY State)

Job Description:
Making calls to members and their parents or guardians to support closure of HEDIS gaps in care Quality Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs; ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed quality standards. Implements key quality strategies focused on initiation and management of member interventions, with a primary responsibility of telephonic member outreach for health education and care gap closure.
Required: 1 year healthcare or clinical
Clinical background Strong telephonic customer service skills. Will be talking to members and parents Solid experience with Microsoft office tools - excel, word • Adaptable to fast paced environment with frequent changes in priorities Experience with remote work and associated time management Reside in KY Preferred Prior experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare populationHEDIS experience
