Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry RN - $1,840 per week

Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Valid BLS and ACLS certifications, associate degree or higher (BSN preferred), current RN license, location must be at least 60 miles from the organization, and 1.5 years of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EKG interpretation, managing discharges and admissions, basic cardiac drip knowledge, and a team-oriented, flexible personality fit.

Responsibilities: Manage adult and geriatric patient care, interpret EKGs, coordinate admissions and discharges, and administer cardiac medications as needed.

Additional Information: The unit has a 5:1 or 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, utilizing equipment such as Welch Allyn V/S machines, Hoyer lifts with weight scales, Abbott glucometers, and Baxter IV pumps. EMR is Meditech. Shift times are 7A or 7P, with every other or third weekend shifts. No call required.
