Providing a welcoming and efficient experience for members, the full-time hourly Bilingual Financial Success Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound communications, connect members with financial coaching resources, and maintain accurate member records in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound member calls and emails professionally
Connect members with appropriate financial coaches and resources based on their needs
Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and manage appointment scheduling
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing high call volumes
