Commercial Laundry Plant Engineer

Job Overview: Responsibility for repairing and maintaining industrial textile equipment and facility, guiding team and ensuring compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities: Prioritize safety and protect company assets Conduct maintenance, PMs, repairs, and installations on all plant equipment Assign work schedules and oversee team Develop procedures for preventive maintenance program and inventory control Monitor utilities usage and recommend cost-saving measures Advise on capital expenditures and equipment needs

Qualifications: 3+ years in Maintenance Management with expertise in machinery, electronics, plumbing, and more Experience in commercial laundry is essential Prior experience managing a PM program Supervisory experience required Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of PLC programming Skills in carpentry, welding, and facility repairs Team player with dedication to quality improvement
