Experienced Caregiver WantedAlways Best Care Senior Services - The Woodlands is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team!
Location: Montgomery, TX 77356
Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Schedule: Morning Shift
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional Caregiving experience.
Must be able to work independently in the field with confidence and professionalism.
Previous experience caring for seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease is required.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Memory Care.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
Must be patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive to seniors individual needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable around small dogs. No pet care responsibilities required.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Apply appropriately dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care techniques.
Monitor and communicate changes in the clients condition.
Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
