Senior Graphic Designer

Overview In this role you will design and produce marketing materials aligned with corporate branding, oversee production and workflow, and guide junior designers. You’ll create web content and print assets, ensuring accuracy and clarity of copy. You’ll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, stay current with design trends, and uphold the company image and logo usage. This position offers hands-on creative work with cross-functional collaboration and impact across marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials (flyers, memoranda, emails, invitations, announcements, boards, maps, aerials) using branding templates Create and maintain web products (HTML, Java Script, Word Press, CMS)Oversee production, assembly and mailing of mass marketing pieces Redesign existing drawings and layouts; produce camera-ready artwork from scans and hand drawings Proofread copy for accuracy and layout; ensure clarity of final copy Manage multiple assignments concurrently and track workflow to client specs, maintaining logs Create and maintain graphic design sample books as a resource Identify style, technique, and medium to achieve desired effects Troubleshoot design problems and stay current with industry trends Ensure proper use of company policies for image and logo usage Monitor and execute tasks across discovery and execution stages in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Possibly lead interns and junior designers Key requirements Bachelor in Graphic Arts or related field 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience in corporate, agency or studio environments Specialized training in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PointHTML and Word Press knowledge required Superior organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey concepts through layouts Ability to work creatively in a team and independently manage projects to schedules Willingness to perform other duties as assignedstrong communicationorganizational skillsteam collaboration Adobe Photoshop Adobe IllustratorHTML
