Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Recruiter for the State of Florida to source and interview top candidates across Florida. You will collaborate with management and HR to develop innovative sourcing strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and lead recruiting plans for each opening. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong marketing and CRM skills, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.
