Chief People & Organization Officer — Remote, Hyperscale Growth

Chamberlain Advisors, LLC is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the talent and HR architecture for a rapidly growing, technology-enabled law firm client. You will own the workforce plan, job architecture, competency framework, and total rewards while partnering with the founder and executive team to scale across markets and offshore operations. You will bring deep operating and commercial fluency, build a world-class recruiting engine, and install a rigorous performance and learning system,
