Key Responsibilities: Ensure business goals are being met Lead daily operations to ensure all standards are being met Complete business projects and strategic initiatives Ensure hospitality standards are met Train new hires and execute recurring training Support the business Mission and Core behaviors Lead key areas of the operation to support the leader-in-charge Lead shifts while performing open/close the restaurant, and manage administrative duties

Qualifications: Proven leadership experience: effectively leading others and teams well Strong interpersonal skills A proven commitment to excellence & loyalty Experience and references supporting the ability to lead others well Reliable transportation Strong time-management and operational skills Bilingual preference (not required)
