Job Description: Shield AI is seeking a You Tube Producer to lead the development, production, publishing, and growth of the company’s You Tube channel. This role combines the craft and editorial judgement of a senior video editor with channel strategy, audience development, and performance ownership. The You Tube Producer will turn Shield AI’s work in autonomy, aviation, defense, and artificial intelligence into clear, accurate, audience-focused stories. They will manage projects from concept through final edit, packaging, publishing, and analysis while partnering with technical experts, executives, and communications teams.
