Job Description:

Calloway Home Solutions is growing, and we're looking for experienced Kentucky Journeyman and Master Electricians to join our team.
Journeyman Electricians: $27–$38/hourMaster Electricians: $40–$50+/hour
Pay is based on licensing, experience, skill, and reliability.
We're a locally owned electrical, HVAC, and generator company based in Winchester and serving Central Kentucky. We're building a professional, family-oriented team where people work hard, have each other's backs, can laugh during the day, and go home knowing they did quality work.
We're looking for electricians who know their trade, take pride in clean and code-compliant work, and can be trusted to represent Calloway well in our customers' homes.

What You'll Do:

Residential electrical service, repair, and installation
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Panel replacements and service upgrades
Lighting, ceiling fans, receptacles, switches, and new circuitsEV charger installations
Whole-home surge protection
Residential standby generator installations and electrical work
Other residential electrical projects
Complete work in accordance with applicable electrical codes
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Master-level candidates may also provide guidance and leadership to other team members

What We're Looking For:

Current Kentucky Journeyman or Master Electrician license
Residential electrical experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Dependable, motivated, and professional
Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through
Someone who takes pride in doing the job right and is also good to work with
Multi-Trade Experience? We Definitely Want to Talk.
Because Calloway provides electrical, HVAC, and generator services, candidates who bring experience or licensing across multiple trades are especially valuable to our team.
Highly preferred qualifications include:
Kentucky Journeyman or Master HVAC licensing
Dual Master Electrician / Master HVAC licensing
Residential standby generator installation experience
Generator service and diagnostic experience
Generac installation, service, or training experience
If you're a Master Electrician who also holds a Master HVAC license, or you're an experienced electrician with strong generator experience, we especially want to hear from you.
Multiple licenses, Master-level qualifications, and generator experience will receive additional compensation consideration.

Pay & Benefits:

Journeyman Electrician: $27–$38/hourMaster Electrician: $40–$50+/hour
