✨ What You’ll Do: As the Medical Team Administrator, you will help oversee the day-to-day delivery of healthcare services within the facility while providing hands-on clinical support when needed. Your responsibilities may include: Overseeing and coordinating daily healthcare operations Providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team Delivering direct patient care as needed Coordinating patient assessments, treatments, medications, and follow-up care Ensuring compliance with established clinical policies and procedures Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation Communicating with facility leadership and the SHP healthcare team Supporting staff development, scheduling, and clinical performance Helping maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment Responding to staffing needs, including occasional night or weekend coverage when necessary
